Weigh Down Washington County is in full swing at the Extension Office. Participants are shown weighing in and listening to Kay Kennedy, County Extension Agent for Family and Consumer Science, talk and prepare low fat foods. Participants also got to sample the items that Ms. Kennedy prepared.
