Teen Leadership Health Services Day

 

 

Health Services Day was a rainy one, but very informative.  Organized by the Washington County Emergency Medical Services, TLWC members participated in a demonstration of the Jaws of Life and how to properly respond to an accident victim. They toured the new Health Sciences Building at St Catharine College and got to see first hand how ultrasounds are done.  They were treated to a fantastic lunch in the college cafeteria and later attended a demonstration by the Washington Co. Fire Department.  As you can see by the pictures below,
TLWC members were very active in this day.
