To access the Spencer County 4-H Homepage, click this link.... 4-H/Youth Development Our traditional 4-H program is an educational opportunity for youth ages 8-19 years of age to meet in a club setting and choose from over 150 different project areas. In Spencer County, we have 5 clubs with a total of 212 members. Through the club setting, other life skills such as leadership, citizenship and public speaking are learned. 4-H School Enrichment programs are also available to all schools in the county.
