Spencer Co. Farmers Market Information

The Taylorsville Main Street Program is sponsoring a Farmers Market in downtown Taylorsville every Saturday from May 3, 2008, until October 27, 2008,with a wide variety of farm fresh products in the T and R Antiques parking lot (across from Bennett's Hardware).  It will be open from 8 a.m. until no later than 12:00 p.m. or until all products are sold out. 

There will also be a Wednesday Morning Market beginning on May 7 and will be open from 8 a.m. until no later than noon.  The Wednesday market location will be in the lot behind Citizens Union Bank and across the road from the Country Mart Parking Lot..

2008 Farmers Market Application

Please download the cover sheet first!  It has pertinent information regarding the application process.  It has information on the Farmers Market Application and the KY Proud Application.  Disregard the information on the color of the applications...that information is for those who pick up the applications in person.

Please Note:  Download EACH section of the application.  If you are going to be offering samples of any of your products, you will have to fille out the "Sampling Application."  If you will be offering samples of any raw or unprocessed products, you will have to attend a GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) training.  Please contact Bryce Roberts at 477-2217 for more information on the training.
