Spencer Co. Agricultural Development Board (ADB) Information

Grants/Applications:  

The application period for the KARE program is now closed.  Please call the Spencer Co. Soil Conservation District for more information on the KARE program at 477-2867.

The application period has closed for the following programs: 

Cattle Handling Facilities                              Agricultural Diversification

Hay, Grain, and Commodity Storage            Livestock Boundary Fencing

Swine Diversification                                     Dairy Diversification 

If there is some funding left over in some of the programs, we may open up another application period later on.  You will receive notification from Spencer County Farm Bureau if your application has been accepted or denied.

Goat Program information is available by calling Mary Prather at 252-5207.  

The Forage/Liming Program is on-going.  Please call the Spencer Co. Soil Conservation District at 477-2867 for more information.
