Fun with Fleece

Learn to sew or practice your sewing skills on 3 easy sewing projects using fleece.  Participants will make a hat on Nov. 3, a scarf on Nov. 10, and mittens, on Nov. 17.  The classes will be held at the CES office from 3:00-5:00.  Middle school and high school students may join the class at 3:30.  The class fee is $10 and will provide all materials.  Please call 222-9453 to register.

 

Awards Banquet

The 4-H Awards Banquet will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at the John Black Community Center.

 

 

Easy Holiday Gifts

Come join us on Saturday, December 12, 2009 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM to make some easy holiday gifts.  This class is for both youth and adults.  There is no cost for this class.  We will make gift tags and cards, an embroidered star, Christmas tree napkins, and a decorative cookie jar lid.  Please register by December 2, 2009 by calling 222-9453.

 

Leather Working Class

Make the most of your Early Release Day in January.  4-H will host a leather working session on January 27th at 1:30 p.m..  You can design your dog a new leash or make yourself a new belt, it is your choice!  Registration fees will be:  $7.50 for the belt and $10.00 for the dog leash.   Call the CES office to register by January 15th.
