The Beef Producers meet once a month at the Menifee County Extension Office. If you are interested in sharing and gaining ideas about how to improve your beef herd, please join us.

The next meeting is scheduled for October 25 at the Ag Field Day. This will be a special training session for the Phase I reimbursement program.
At the June meeting the group decided on what Phase I programs to administer for the 2008-2010 program years. See the Phase I page for more details.

If you are interested in joining the Beef Producers Association, county dues are $5. By becoming a member you will receive a Beef Producers Cap, an ink pen and a membership card with discounts from local businesses. Contact the Extension Office for more information.
Or, you can join the Kentucky Cattlemen's Association
for $25 and your county dues will be sent back to us. One of the biggest
perks current members rave about is receiving the Cow Country News
magazine.
