Kentucky Nutrition Education Projects
Food Stamp Nutrition Education and the Expanded food and Nutrition Education Program are federally funded and conducted by the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service. Kentucky Nutrition Education program assistants, county Extension agents, and trained volunteers emphasize four major outcomes while they teach a series of lessons to limited resource families:
