This day camp will be Thursday, May 22, at the Extension Office from
8:30—3:30. Have fun while you learn to make healthy snacks, learn
ways to stay physically active and visit with your friends. It will
be a hands-on activity and you will eat the fun foods you make.
There is no fee, but we must have 20 people sign up by Friday, May
16, to have the event. Call 388-2341 NOW!
Bring your crafts, scrapbook, sewing, photography, or
community club, outdoors club or craft club projects. Bring them
all — made in 4-H, Bible school, Scouts, in school art class, or at
home with a friend -- to
4-H Exhibit Day on Thursday, May 29, at the Extension
Office.
Projects can be entered between 8:00 and 10:00 and
picked up between noon and 4:00. Everyone will receive a ribbon.
Winners in qualifying categories will be sent to the Kentucky State
Fair where ribbons and cash will be awarded.

Venture River Water Park will host 4-H night on
Thursday, May 29, between 3:00 and 6:00. Any 4-H member and an
adult can get into the water park for $2.00 each. Proceeds from the
evening are used to support the Camp Scholarship Fund. Come join
your friends for the fun!
