On July 28, 2007 Lyon County 4-H Young Guns participated in the Caldwell County Invitational.
. He placed 1st in 22 Target Rifle with a score of 286 and 3rd in Air Pistol with a score of 239.James Jasis took 1st place in the 15 to 18 year old age group in Target Air Rifle with a score of 273
Miranda Timmons took 2nd place in the 15 to 18 year old age group in Target Air Rifle with a score of 262, 3rd in 22 Target Rifle with a score of 282 and 1st in BB rifle with a score of 264.
Travis West placed 3rd in the 15 - 18 year old age group in Target Air Rifle with a score of 254.
Nicole Peters took 1st place in the 9-11 year old age group in Target Air Rifle with a score of 260, 1st in 22 Target Rifle with a score of 259, and 1st in Air Pistol with a score of 219.
