Yield:  ¾ cup or 12 tablespoons

1/2 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup flavored vinegar (balsamic, apple cider, raspberry, or wine vinegar)
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
