Orange and Tomato Juice  

Combine in a pitcher:

1-1/2 cups tomato juice
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon sugar or sugar substitute

4 servings

Tomato Juice and Cucumber

Combine in a pitcher:           

2 cups tomato juice
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika          
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/2 cup cracked ice
Peel, seed, grate and add: 1 cucumber

4 Servings

Orange and Lime Juice

Combine in a pitcher:

2 cups orange juice
1 Tablespoon lime juice or 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cracked ice

Fresh Pineapple Juice

A very refreshing drink
Peel and core: A pineapple
Cut it into cubes.  Extract the juice by putting the pineapple through a food grinder or a blender.  There will be very little pulp.  Strain the juice and serve it iced with: Sprigs of mint.

About 1-1/2 cups of Juice
