SNAP-ED
Mission: The Kentucky Nutrition Education Program will educate limited resource people to acquire knowledge, improve skills, and change behavior necessary to achieve health and well being.

The Supplement Nutrition Education Program (SNAP-Ed) is federally funded and is conducted through the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Services. SNAP-Ed provides nutrition education, cooking tips, recipes and money management ideas to limited resource families. The Nutrition Education Program consists of the following lessons:

*Food Preparation
*Meal Planning
*Planning for Food Spending
*Feeding Children
*Breakfast Makes a Difference
*LEAP
