What is Extension Homemakers? The primary objective of the Homemakers Association is to carry out an informal educational program. This program is panned by Homemaker leaders and is designed to provide information to help Homemakers make the best use of all available resources to provide a better and more meaningful life for themselves and their families.
Who are the Extension Homemakers? Extension Homemakers are your best friends, relatives, and neighbors working together to improve their lives and the lives of family members. They are working women, stay-at-home moms, grandmothers, professional women, and single parents coming together to carry out an informal education program planned by leaders and designed to provide pertinent and timely information to members.
Livingston County Extension Homemakers are affiliated with the
University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service.
Livingston County Extension Homemakers are also a part
of the Kentucky Extension Homemaker Association.
