4-H Youth Development

Our traditional 4-H Program is an educational opportunity for youth ages 8 to 19 years of age to meet in a club setting and choose from over 150 different project areas.  Through the club setting, other life skills such as leadership, citizenship and public speaking are learned.  4-H School Enrichment programs are also available to all schools in the county.

It is time to start thinking about 4-H Summer Camp. Camp dates for 2012 will be May 29th through June 1st ! Stop by the Letcher County Extension Office, 478 Extension Drive, Whitesburg and pick up the pre-registration form!! Please contact Jason Brashear County Agent for 4-H and Youth Development At 606-633-2362 for more information.
**Pre-Registration Forms must be completed and returned to the Letcher County Extension Office no later than April 5th, 2012.
