Ingredients:

Seeds from a Pumpkin
1 tsp. salt per 1 cup seeds

Directions:

*Preheat oven to 350 degrees
* Carve out pumpkin, scoop out the inside pulp that contains the seeds
* Put the pulp in a colander, wash seeds off with water
* Blot seeds dry with a clean cloth or paper towel
* Spread seeds out on a cookie sheet
* Sprinkle with a little salt
* Have an adult put the try in the oven 
* Check the seeds after 12 minutes, they are done when they are dry and light brown
* Let cool before eating!
