COOPERATIVE EXTENSION SERVICE - LaRue County Kentucky

 
Wake-Up Shake
1 cup vanilla fat-free yogurt
½ cup frozen berries 
     (such as raspberries or blueberries)
1/4 cup orange juice
1 medium banana, cut into chunks
Place all ingredients in blender. 
     Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Service immediately.

Total Preparation Time: 5 minutes.
2 servings (about 1 cup each).
215 calories, 1g fat, 1g saturated fat, 55mg sodium, 
2mg cholesterol, 49g carbohydrate, 6g protein, 4g dietary fiber. % Daily Value: Vitamin A 10%, Vitamin C 46%, Calcium 18%, Iron 8%.  Diet Exchanges: 3 fruit, ½ skim milk.
