4-H Enrollment

4-H enrollment is currently taking place for the 2011-2012 4-H year. Each fall, members are required to complete a new enrollment form, in order to remain active in our computer system. During school club meeting, 4th and 5th graders will have the opportunity to complete their enrollment. Students who are not involved in a project club or a school club  will need to complete an enrollment form and return it to the Extension Office. Forms may be mailed to P.O. Box 210, Hodgenville, KY 42748-0210 or dropped off to the Extension Office during business hours. Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.

Regular 4-H membership is open to youth ages 9-18 (as of January 1st, 2012). All 4th graders are also eligible, even if they do not yet meet the age requirement. Cloverbud membership is open to youth ages 5 to 8 (as of January 1st, 2012). Cloverbuds may participate at the County Level, but are not yet eligible to advance to District or State competitions.
