LaRue County Schools Family Resource Centers sponsor a week long Cool School in June for students grades 1 – 5. This year’s theme was Pioneer Days. EFNEP assistant, Abby Tate, participated with hands-on cooking sessions with 140 participating students. The students made their own ink from strawberries and blueberries. Biscuits and chuckwagon beans were also prepared. |
