The Family Development and Management Program sponsored by Kentucky State University ‘s Cooperative Extension Program focuses on the family and it’s cultural and social needs. Established in 1972, the objective of the program is to help families obtain the knowledge and skills needed to reinforce family relations and to improve economic well- being.
