FRIENDS AND FELLOWSHIP
You will develop close friendships with co-workers from across
the state and nation through the fellowship at State and National
Conferences.
SUPPORT
You will learn that others are having or have had the same problems
as you and will share solutions they have used.
PROGRAM IDEAS
Through interaction with members at conferences, you will gain
and exchange program ideas.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Programs on benefits, retirement, stress and time management
and several other topics have been offered at State and National
Conferences.
RECOGNITION
Agents can receive recognition for their accomplishments by applying
for awards. Awards available are Tommy Bunch Memorial New Agent,
Achievement in Service, Distinguished Service, American Spirit,
25 Year, Public Relations and Information and Granville King
Diversity Award.
COMMITTEE
All members have the opportunity to serve on committees and sub-committees
which deal
with issues of concern to agents and the association.
PUBLICATIONS
All members receive NEWS & VIEWS, the official publication
of the NAE4-HA. Through its five annual issues, members receive
professional improvement information and Association News. State
members also receive the State Association Newsletter, OUTBURST.
