Conference Registration
All currently employed Extension Agents must register either at the KAE4-HA Member rate or the non-member rate.  Extension agents are not allowed to register at the "guest" rates; there is no partial registration fee for this event. 

  

    
     Late fees are based upon when you mail the completed registration form and necessary fees, not when you
     complete the online version. 
                           
    
Lodging

Contact the Radisson Hotel to make your room reservations. The negotiated rate is $114 per room night.  The deadline to reserve your room with the Radisson is March 16 for group rates. Attendees needing lodging should call 1-800-333-3333 or the hotel directly at 1-859-491-1200 and ask for the Kentucky Association of Extension 4-H Agents group rate.

All conference refunds must be requested in writing within 10 days of the close of the conference.  Refund request will be reviewed by KAE4-HA Board.  All request postmarked after the conference deadline will incur a $50 cancellation penalty for meals guaranteed.  Refund request should be forwarded to the KAE4-HA Treasurer listed below.
