LIVESTOCK PARTICIPANTS -- Please note

Last group class for the 2008 Livestock Education requirements will be on Saturday, May 31 2008 at the

Henderson County Cooperative Extension Service Office beginning at 1 p.m.

Show process will be discussed as well as what you need to do to prepare

for the County Fair.  If you DO NOT HAVE 6 hours of

educational credits, you will need to contact one of the Livestock Volunteers because you

will not be allowed to participate in the show without the hours being documented.

Also note the last date to nominate/tag lambs, goats or hogs will be Thursday, May 29 in Ohio County.

DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

Any person who believes they have been discriminated against in any Cooperative Extension Service sponsored activity or program may file a complaint with Secretary of Agriculture by writing to:  USDA Director, Office of Civil Rights, Room 326-W Whitten Bldg.; 14th and Independence Ave., S.W.; Washington, D.C. 20250.  A complaint must be filed no later than 180 days from the date of the alleged discrimination.
