The Agriculture portion of the Hart County Extension Service is an umbrella that coveres diverse learning opportunities for rural and urban people.  A wide variety of information is available for Agriculture, Horticulture, Acquaculture, Forestry, Entomology, and much more at the Extension Office.  This research based, up-to-date information is available through a variety of publications and educational programs.

Assistance is available for total farm management planning.  We can help diagnose nutritional, disease, and insect problems and provide management recommendations.  Other services and programs available include:  Soil testing (crops, garden, lawn); Forage Testing/Ration Balancing; Seminars; Pesticide Certification Training; Identification of Weeds, Insects, etc.; Demonstrations
