YOUR INPUT IS NEEDED!
We need to get as many of these surveys completed for Hart County as possible. Having a good representation from our county puts us in a better position on grant applications and other resources.
Please complete on line or print and complete a hard copy. Paper copies can be returned to the Extension Office, Health Department, Caverna Hospital or Steve Caven at Hart County School Central Office. Please help us get this to as many people as possible and encourage them to complete the form.

Small Steps to Health and Wealth Online Challenge Begins January 15
Hart County Friends, please consider this as a great tool to help you achieve your 2012 goals. If you do not have access to a computer the Hart County Extension Office will be glad to provide you with a paper copy. This is a national challenge, let's see if Hart County can step up to the challenge and win by becoming healthier and improving money management. This is a great companion to the Money Smarts program that we start locally on January 23 at 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
