What is Extension Homemakers?

The primary objective of the Homemaker Association is to carry out an informal education program. Homemakers are your friends, relatives and neighbors. We keep up-to-date on what’s happening in our community, our county, our nation and our world.

The Hardin County Cooperative Extension Service is a partnership between the University of Kentucky, the U.S. Department of Agriculture , and Hardin County Government.  The Hardin County Extension Service professional staff is ready to answer questions and address concerns about issues important to you.

Associate Membership
The Hardin County Extension Homemakers Association offers an associate membership to individuals who are unable to attend a regular club meeting.  Dues for 2006-2007 will be $8.

Associate members enjoy the privileges of regular Extension Homemaker Club membership, including area and state affiliation.
