Fine Arts The mission of Greenup’s Extension Fine Arts Program, Growing With The Arts, is to work as a liaison and coordinator in Greenup County and the area that surrounds this county, to preserve and enrich it’s cultural heritage in the arts and to develop, enhance and sustain the music that is indigenous to this area by working with the arts organizations, individual artists and the area educational institutions.
