2.  Currently a large part of the 4-H program is offered as school clubs for youth to participate in.  Community clubs and summer programs are also a part of the 4-H program.  Please check (X) the top two delivery methods that you feel would meet the needs of the youth.
School Clubs
- Youth would participate during the school day in a monthly club meeting and educational program.  These meetings usually last for 45-50 minutes.
Community Clubs- These are clubs that meet usually during the evening or weekends.  These club meetings and
educational programs may meet one hour or more and may meet monthly or as needed by clubs.  (Examples:  Horse, Home school, Teen Council, etc.)
Project Groups- These would be clubs or groups that would meet to work on a specific project.  Meetings would be conducted as needed to complete the project work.  (Examples:  Woodworking, Clothing, Rabbits, Dog, etc.)
After school Program- These would be programs or projects that would be offered in an after school setting.  These programs would meet for about one hour and number of session would be determined by program.
Summer Programs- These would be programs conducted during summer months.  These programs may be as short as one day or a week long.  Meeting lengths would be determined by programs needs.

3.  Youth can be actively involved in 4-H programs from ages 9-19.  Younger youth may get involved in many of the 4-H programs however may not be able to participate in all the programs because of age.  Many counties offer a program called Clover Buds.  This is the program for younger youth.
Do you feel that the Green County 4-H Program should offer a Clover Bud Program?
Would you be willing to assist with a Clover Bud Program?

4.  Adult volunteer are an essential element to the 4-H Program.  To be able to offer more programs opportunities to more youth we need more volunteer leaders.  The rest of the survey is to find out about volunteers and how to increase their number of volunteers..
