Rules of the Challenge

Only 1 registration form per team

Each team member must complete a waiver

Individual Registration Form

If you are serious about losing weight and want to look and FEEL better, you should participate in the Green County Biggest Blue Loser Challenge.  Up to 6 people can be on a team and prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams.  Individuals will be allowed to compete in the challenge as well.  Prizes will be awarded to the top female and male Biggest Blue Loser winner.

Individual registration forms & fees of $10 and team registration forms & fees of $30 must be turned in to the Green County Extension Office no later than Wednesday, February 8, 2012 by 3:00 P.M. C.T.  The initial weigh in will be Friday, February 10 and the last weigh in will be Friday, April 20.  First and last weigh in must be done at the Green County Extension Office.
