8-ounce lemon-flavored, fat free yogurt

cups cubed, seeded watermelon

pint fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled
1
tablespoon honey or strawberry jam

ice cubes
Combine
all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth and frothy.
Serve in tall glasses with a straw. Yield: Four 9-ounce servings.
