Lime-Mint Melon
Salad

1/2 cups 1/2-inch cubes honeydew melon (1/2 medium)

1/2 cups 1/2-inch cubes cantaloupe (1/2 medium)

tsp grated lime peel

T lime juice

T chopped fresh or 1 T dried mint leaves

tsp honey

tsp salt
Toss
all ingredients in medium glass or plastic bowl.
Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
