Fresh Fruit and Dip

        1 small jar marshmallow cream
        3 tbsp pineapple juice                               
        1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese

                    Let cream cheese sit to room temperature;

                    beat with marshmallow cream with electric mixer.

                    Add pineapple juice to thin; beat well until

                    smooth and creamy. Great with apples and strawberries!
