Crab Dip                             

1 cup chopped imitation crab meat  1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped celery 1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper  1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese  
1/4 cup nonfat sour cream  1 tsp Dijon mustard
cracked wheat crackers

In a small bowl, combine imitation crabmeat, onions, celery, garlic powder, pepper, cottage cheese, sour cream and mustard; mix well.  Spoon into small serving dish; cover and refrigerate.  Serve with crackers.  Makes 8 servings.
