Dip

| 1 cup chopped imitation crab meat | 1/4 cup chopped green onion |
| 1/4 cup chopped celery | 1/8 tsp garlic powder |
| 1/8 tsp pepper | 1/2 cup
nonfat cottage cheese |
| 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream | 1 tsp Dijon mustard |
| cracked wheat crackers |
In a
small bowl, combine imitation crabmeat, onions, celery, garlic powder, pepper,
cottage cheese, sour cream and mustard; mix well. Spoon into small serving
dish; cover and refrigerate. Serve with crackers. Makes 8 servings.
