Cola Chicken

 

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1 onion, chopped

1 cup catsup

1 cup real cola (not sugar free)

Wash and pat-dry chicken with paper towels.  Place chicken in greased slow cooker.  Add other ingredients.  Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Serves 4.

Nutrients per serving:  232 calories, 2 g. total fat; less than 1 g. sat. fat; 792 mg. sodium
