Sugar-Free Chocolate Fudge  

2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
Sugar substitute equivalent to 1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans

In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, chocolate, sugar substitute and vanilla until smooth.  Stir in pecans.  Pour into an 8-inch square baking pan lined with foil.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.  Cut into 16 squares.  Serve chilled.  Yield 16 pieces
