Kentucky Hot Brown Casserole           

1/4 cup margarine                                                                       
2 cups milk
6 slices toasted bread
ham slices
6 slices tomato
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 chicken bouillon cubes
turkey slices
shredded, low fat cheddar
6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumble

Melt margarine in pan over low heat.  Add flour, stirring until smooth.  Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.  Gradually add milk and bouillon cubes.  Cook over medium heat; stirring until thickened and bubbly.  Set aside.  Place toast in a buttered 13 X 9 inch dish.  Top each slice of bread with turkey and ham.  Spoon sauce over meat.  Layer cheese, then tomato and bacon over sauce.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.  Serves 6.
