Regional Issues and Program Committee Timeline
2006-2007

April/May---The job description and application form for the Regional Issues and Program Committee nominations for vacancies will be sent out by Dr. Turner.

June 1---Regional Issues and Program Committee nominations for committee vacancies for 2006-2007 due to Regional Coordinators.

July 15---Regional Issues and Program Committees appointed.

September---Regional Issues and Program Committee Meeting held for orientation of new members, review of the progress of Regional Quick Response Teams and assess emerging issues in the region.

October 1---New term begins for Regional Issues and Program Committee.

October 2---Regional Program and Development Coordinators and Assistant Directors, Associate Director, and other administrators meet to assess State and Regional Quick Response Teams.

Fall and Winter--New State and Regional Quick Response Teams appointed.

March 8-9---Regional Issues and Program Committees assess the progress of State and Regional Quick Response Teams

 *Periodically, Regional Coordinators will follow up with Regional Quick Response Teams

to determine progress.
