CAIP Applications Receipts are due in the office by January 11, 2010.  If you have questions or concerns about the programs please contact Mary McCarty, Elliott County's Agruculture and Natural Resources Agent, at 606-738-6440 or 738-6400.

 

Welding Class for Farmers will be during the spring.  There is still some openings call the Extension Office.  Cost is $400.  Class will meet 2 nights a week, four hours a night for 6 weeks.  Those taking the class will receive 3 credit hours from KCTCS toward a welding certificate, a Lincoln 180 mig welder, auto darkening helmet, and welding safety equipment.  $200 will hold your place for the class, balance due on first night of class.  Call the office for more information.

 

Gifts From The Kitchen Program on Thursday, December 10, from 11 am until 2 pm.  Limit is 15 people, so if you plan to attend call the Extensio Office at 738-6440 or 738-6400 to have your name put ont he list.  Program held at the Extension Office.  Prizes will be given away and meal will be provided.
