Cumberland County has a rich heritage of family owned and operated farms. The average farm is about 188 acres and there are over 400 farms in the county. Our productive river bottom land is suitable for row crops such as corn, wheat, soybeans, and tobacco and we have about 12,000 beef cattle and hundreds of acres of pasture. Cumberland County famers also produce dairy products, poultry, and a wide range of horticultural crops. Please feel free to contact me through our website or by phone anytime regarding information you might like.
