Never Say Diet Again to be Held

Never Say Diet Again is a 10-week program focused on individuals setting personal health goals to improve their well-being. There are no “diet plans” provided nor lists of foods to eat. This program is all about participants starting where they are and making changes that will help them improve their health.

Each session includes an educational presentation and a healthy recipe sample. Participants weigh in weekly and also are provided an opportunity to track their healthy lifestyle habits.  Additionally enrollees participate in some type of physical activity. There is always time for question and interaction with other program participants.

Enrollment for this program is now being accepted. The program will be held at the Boone County Cooperative Extension Service office, 6028 Camp Ernst Road, Burlington, KY. Participants should plan to attend all sessions. The program begins on Tuesday, February 22, 2011. It will be held weekly through April 26 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
