   Hello!
    Would you like to know more about planning meals? Stretching your food dollars? Low cost, nutritious recipes for your family? Eating better for better health? If so, then you may want to learn more about the NEP program.
    The  Nutrition Education Program is a Free service of the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service.
    The Extension Assistant is available to teach lessons to families with young children, pregnant or parenting teens, and senior citizens.
     Lessons cover topics such as the food guide pyramid, nutrients needed for health, food safety, feeding your children, gardening, food preparation, and budgeting your food dollars.
