Publications
In addition to the Proceedings of the Annual Conferences and the new magazine "reclamation matters" ASMR members have contributed in the writing of other books. The most recent reclamation book was published in 2000 " Reclamation of Drastically Disturbed Lands" R.I. Barnhisel, R. G. Darmody and W. L. Daniels Editors. This book was published by the American Society of Agronomy, Crops Society of America and Soil Science Society of America (ASA-CSSA-SSSA) Madison WI. Copies may be obtained either from the publisher or the ASMR office in Lexington ($65). This book is essentially a second edition of the book authored by Schaller and Sutton printed in 1978 of papers presented at a conference held in Wooster Ohio, but copies are no longer available to be purchased from ASA-CSSA-SSSA but used book sellers may have copies. The second edition contains 38 chapters and 1082 pages.
