and Adult groups in Allen County. |

WHAT WE DO
EFNEP assistants work with groups
and individuals to select more nutritious diets and increase their
ability to manage a food budget. EFNEP
provides nutrition
education, cooking tips, recipes, and money-saving ideas with hands-on
activities including: Food Guide Pyramid, Meal Planning and
Food Budgeting, Food Safety, Improving health and wellness through
better nutritional choices. |
