Russell Co. Farmer's Market

The Russell County Farmer's Market
(a non-profit organization)
is located at the corner of Lakeway Drive and Highway 127.
The Russell County Farmer's Market members sell only agricultural products grown locally by the Russell County Farmer's Market members. They have agreed to disclose the origin of all agricultural products they sell whether for themselves or for another Market member. They also post their GAP, Micro-processing, and Home-processing certificates at their booth.
A tent is up now so there will be a shelter in the event of inclement weather and shade during the hot summer months.
WIC and Senior Coupons are accepted at the Russell County Farmer's Market, and any item that is not WIC or Senior Coupon eligible will be separate and identified as such.
Stop by the Russell County Farmer's Market on Tuesdays, Fridays or Saturdays and support your local farmers by purchasing fresh locally-grown produce.
If you are a farmer or gardener with produce you would like to sell at the Farmer's Market, contact the Russell County Extension office or Dave Rings about becoming a member of the Farmer's Market.
