Herbal Household Cleansers From Nature
In preparation for spring-cleaning, the February meeting of The Nature’s Thyme Herb Group of Garrard County will be about natural and herbal household cleansers.  Come join us if you have an interest in learning and sharing ways to “clean green” and protect our planet from the harsh chemicals used in most commercial cleaning products.
The meeting will be on Thursday, February 22nd at 7:00p.m. at the Garrard County Extension Office.  Cost is free to Nature’s Thyme Herb Group members and $3.00 for non-members.  Contact the Extension Office for more information and to register for class.

We will be making simple natural and herbal cleansers for participants to take home and try.  If you have any favorite homemade cleansers or any herbal tips for housekeeping, please bring them along to share with others.
