The goal of the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) is to education limited resources people with young children to acquire knowledge, improve skills and change behavior necessary to achieve health and well-being. It has effectively increased the families' ability to manage a limited food budget and select more nutritious diets.
Educational programs of the Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service serve all people regardless of race, color, age, sex, religion, disability, or national origin.
